This painting began with the thought of The Great Reveal, the global disclosure of extraterrestrial life. At the same time, it also reflects my own unveiling: as the veil I once carried slowly falls away, I reveal more of my true self to the world. When I started, I didnʼt realize it would become my own portrait. Yet now I understand that, in a way, any painting can be your portrait. A mirror of essence.
